ODDS AND ENDS...
High-potential women face unique challenges, and with my knowledge and experience, I am able to help them see the opportunities to succeed both personally and professionally. I've been through the trenches. I've accepted lower salaries than I knew I was worth. I had high student loan debt. I was burned out and overworked. After graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor in Government and Politics, I struggled to find a decent job in my field in a recession-weary job market... so I settled where I was and negotiated from there. In 2012, I graduated with my Master of Business Administration, with a focus in Leadership Development. After several successful, but unfulfilling career promotions in corporate, I obtained my professional coaching certification and decided to help other women break through the obstacles that hold them back from feeling secure in their life, career and business.
I created BOSS Essentials and everything I do as a result of my own personal and professional experiences. My authentic approach speaks to firsthand research, real-world application and is grounded in principles of leadership development and transformational coaching.
Millennial women are a highly-educated, unique group of individuals navigating the workforce. They want to work with and learn from people who we can relate to and who understands their unique challenges and opportunities. I am passionate about coaching and building-up Millennial women because I resonate with them. I have faced the same kinds of challenges they face. I understand what it takes to develop and advance women in the corporate workforce and I know how it feels to be a female entrepreneur growing a business from the ground up.
