Iโm going to assume #2๏ธโฃโฆ not having an action plan, is your problem.
If thatโs the case, you have to stop focusing on the end destination and start considering what it takes to get there.
I challenge you to go further than just setting your next goal and saying what you want to doโฆ
Take that goal and come up with a GAME PLAN by breaking it down into smaller steps with milestones + deadlines.
Every step you take should lead to the next step until you reach your goal.
Whether you want to start a business, get in shape or send your kids to the best schools, you have to go through a PROCESS.
Say you want to start a business + be successful with it. You have to create a service or product to sell that solves a problem people will pay you for. You have to build your credibility, community, consistency and hire a business coach.
In other words, ๐ฃ you canโt cheat the process!
If youโre not willing to put in the TIME to go through the PROCESS, itโs not worth pursuing.
Your goal setting process should look similar to thisโฆ
1๏ธโฃSet a specific GOAL [i.e. I want to lose 15 pounds by Labor Day].
2๏ธโฃPUT IT DOWN on paper - When you write it down, the goal becomes real
3๏ธโฃMake a PLAN for achieving it [i.e. lose .7 pounds a day, which = 5 pounds per week for the next 3 weeks, by cutting out sugar, exercising for 20 minutes a day + drinking 80z of water a day]
4๏ธโฃPUSH FORWARD and take action every day to achieve it.ย

If youโre exhausted and feeling like youโre running on fumes these days, know youโre not alone!
Itโs exhausting having to be โonโ all day.
โOnโ at work.
โOnโ at home.
โOnโ at your kids school.
โOnโ social media.
Giving and giving and giving until youโre empty!
Burnout is real! Iโve been there! I know how it feels to be so mentally exhausted that you donโt even want to get out of bed to feed your own kids.
I also know that burn out comes from saying YES to all these things at home, at work, in your business, at church, at your children school, but not having the time to follow through on what you say youโre going to do. So, all your YESโs are just there every single day demanding your time and energy.

Time is fixed!
Everyone gets the same 24 hours in a day, so you CANNOT โmakeโ more to get more done.
The truth is, something has to go!
What you CAN do is โtakeโ control of those cracks of time that youโre currently spending on things that arenโt generating the results you want [i.e. sleeping in, scrolling through social media, checking emails, cleaning], and take advantage of that time to work on what you want for yourself.
Every time you fail to follow-through on a commitment, donโt complete a project, or forget to return a call, you fall behind on your goal.
YOU are the only one who can give yourself permission to take control of your time and energy.
So what can you do?
Get you a system, like the Blueprint inside my BE The Game Changer Planner: God. Goals. Grind, to help you plan your day and track your progress, so you can SEE how you are really spending your time.
But, itโs not enough to just pull out your planner and write โ๐ฝ down your goals.

This time last weekend, I flew out to LEAVING MY MARK in Michigan, to spend the evening being poured into by a group of women who are powerfully walking in their purpose. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
Meeting @kyonathelawyer in person and listening to the experiences of her lineup of speakers [who were so humble ๐๐ฝ], made me realize the importance of time investment.
I invested my time and money to listen to the stories of top-tier women entrepreneurs and learn about the path they took to get where they are today. I laughed ๐ โฆ I cried ๐ญ and I prayed ๐๐ฝ . I took away strategies that will help me in my life and business. They blessed the women in that room and it was worth every minute!

The GOAL is GENERATIONAL WEALTHโ to grow our income and investments for our grandchildren to benefit. Itโs not about usโฆ itโs about them!
Our most recent investment was in a Fifth Wheel RV, which we purchased in CASH! ๐ต We put approx $6k into the project, the majority of which went into running a new electrical line [$3,300] and painting [$1,100]. We had 2 painters who quoted us over $2,000 and another painter who just walked off the job. ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
We listed the RV on June 2nd, for a minimum of $147/night. Within 2 days of being listed, the RV was fully booked for the next 2 months.
Thatโs an ROI of about 147% in two months. In a year, thatโs enough to pay for 2 of our childrenโs tuition.
Having multiple income streams isnโt a ๐ญ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐บ, itโs a ๐ก๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฌ if you want to build generational wealth!

I come across coaches daily that love what they do, but their income is inconsistent because they canโt consistently close the deal with clients.

A Side Hustle is considered โactive incomeโ because you the Coach have to be present in order to earn your money. Without you, thereโs no coaching, which = no income. It wonโt make you money while you sleep, but it will pay your bills while you work on building your business.
